Catch up with my classes

I was planning to catch up with my classes while we had our spring break. Unfortunately, my allergy got severe in the break. Maybe because I was eating a lot of ice-cream and took long bath. The allergy started more than a month ago but it got worst after I took a long bath. I do remember the water wasn't too warm and I was in there for a long time just enjoying music and thinking about stuffs.

I know the remedy to my cold/allergy. I am using the CVS Pharmacy Allergy & Sinus Relief Sterile Saline Nasal Mist but haven't made a priority to go to the doctor, I will wait for a week and then see whether I need a medical visit. How was your recess? What did you do?

  1. Sorry to hear your allergy derailed your plan to catch-up during Spring Recess.

I was successful in using Spring Recess to catch up and even move ahead slightly :-)

I should resume using my sinus rinse too so I can avoid being hit with the effects of allergy!

  3. Allergies are the worst and unfortunately I have them all year round. I am a regular taker of cetirizine. My allergies usually manifest and itchiness first, congestion second followed headaches. I can't remember a time I didn't have them. It didn't matter what part of the US I was living in.

  4. I just so happen to develop allergies this season for some reason. I never had it before and it is not pleasant.

  6. I hope you feel better now! As much as I love Spring, the allergens that arise are not so great. :(

  7. Hopefully you are feeling better now. It's unfortunate to have to spend your break sick but also glad it wasn't during class.

  8. Spring allergies are the worst! Sneezing over and over again and having a runny nose is not the business! My break was rather chill, just enjoyed the time off and studied!

  9. The worst kind of allergies I ever experienced was when I used to live in the farm and it was corn season. The corn flower, in my opinion, is the worlds most dangerous flower. There's pollen EVERYWHERE. I had to be a mouth breather that summer because of how stuffy my nose became.

  10. You can maybe try allergy Immunotherapy. Allergy immunotherapy consists of administering a dilution of the allergen (such as pollen, dust mites, or dog dander) to help develop tolerance. This treatment can be injected (allergy shots) or oral (under-the-tongue allergy tablets) and is especially indicated for allergic rhinitis, asthma, and conjunctivitis. Research suggests that immunotherapy may also help with food allergies, although only one treatment (for peanut allergy) has been approved thus far.
