Hello everyone! This is my first post for this blog. However, this is not my first blog. I have my other blog that are not too active. However, I have seen myself always talking about the similar subject matters, consciousness, wealth, technology and science. I wouldn't call myself a nerd. My moto of life is to find balance among all aspects of life. It is getting ironic that I haven't found my balanced lifestyle, but I am optimistic I will find that sweet spot.
My message to you in this post is that I hope you are thriving or at least you are trying your best to reach your goal. I hope you are not caught up by the superficial world we live in.
Sage advice about finding balance among all aspects of life!
ReplyDeleteI hope you will find your balance soon, Chandani ^_^
Welcome to IS101-3003, Spring 2023 :-)
Thank you professor! That's one of the main thing I am seeking. Balance.
DeleteThis isn't your first blog, how interesting I've never had even thought about blogging, but it looks promising. Finding balance in all aspects of life is important and I feel like we should all find our balance. Thank you for sharing the video!
ReplyDeleteKimberley. Thank you for commenting in my blog. I think, balance will eventually give us peace. I was happy to read your blog. I hope you can share more of your thoughts.
DeleteThe blog portion of this class should come easy to you, as this is not your first time writing blogs. I wish you the best in your spiritual journey.
ReplyDeleteThat is so sweet of you. I hope we all will reach the point of the spiritual healing and revelation. If you think, somebody cares about you or you care about someone dearly, I think you are already in a path. Good day!
DeleteI would like to find my balance also. Being a 'Nerd' is also not bad, actually I wish I was one ;-)
ReplyDeleteLinette! You are already a nerd. You are in IS101 class. Laughing out loud. Now, we all are nerds.
Delete"Don't work too hard." that's something I always told my colleagues when I worked at MCD as part-time before. If the employer didn't pay us to work for extra, just only did our best on our own part.
ReplyDeleteI think there will be work-life balance when we dismiss our work out of work time.
Hello Chandani, It is a pleasure to have you as my classmate. It is also interesting to know you have blogged previously. I hope you eventually do find your balance in life and also continue to chase after your dreams such as blogging or even beginning a podcast about the several topics you have mentioned including consciousness, wealth, technology and science.
ReplyDeleteI loved the video you shared, Chandani! It was very inspirational. I, too, struggle finding a balance in my life. Everything will fall in place if we have faith in ourselves. :)
ReplyDeleteWhen I read your post, it brings up a few questions for me personally. What standards do we go by to deem something superficial in this world and are we obligated to do something for our fellow man? I agree with you, humanity for all is important but are we truly capable? I love your post because it does brings up thought provoking questions in my mind. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteAs a fellow nerd I definitely appreciate the video!
ReplyDeleteHello Lama, it's truly hard to find balance in life especially in demanding careers. I hope you find that balance or at least a company that gives you a month off every year.
ReplyDeleteI think we are all just trying to find our balance in life. I hope in good time you find that "sweet spot".
ReplyDeleteChandani, what do you think of the saying "a jack of all trades is master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one?" Does the balance that you are trying to seek in your life revolved around trying to be a "jack of all trades?"
